If you already have a stamped visa, you can talk to rmg to allocate you for the account that has an onsite need.
No one will simply hand out a visa here in tcs. You have to earn some name in your project.

Why would they simply arrange visa for a random guy with 10yrs exp?!?
Find a project that has onsite need. Work your ass off and be critical to the project. Then you can ask for onsite.
