Seeking your suggestion, I have resigned from HCL today and I have got very good offer and very good role outside. But after I resigned, my manager has reached out me to offer me a on-site opportunity.
I’m not sure which one to choose, I haven’t commuted anything to my HCL manager. Kindly help me to suggest.
Please move out for better career prospects. With Trump coming in, I don’t think there will be opportunities for H1B moving about.
I am waiting since April 2022, same kind of commitment done with me by my PM and AVP and later they both travelled to canada. I have their commitment email also.
