On-site or leave TCS

I have kept my papers like few days back and reverted to Hr with all details. Then HR called me back and we have a discussion. HR saying they cannot assure but they will look for on-site for UK if I am willing to retain.

So need suggestion will this work in current scenario and what should I take next steps.

PS: I have an offer for 11LPA all fixed from some health care company.

Which would be best n to what extent we can trust HR words.

"cannot assure" , its a big term, it flips an employee life 180 degrees.

Now coming to facts:

Lets say, they genuinely wants to send you. Are there enough opportunities in onsite now a days?

Lets say, opportunities also there, does client feel confident on tcs management to give us opportunity?

Research yourself for answers.. !!

I asked for a release from my domestic account. They told we will get onsite project within unit and release you. Now it 2 years still neither release noe onsite initiation. Don't trust leave

The offer is something concrete and undeniable.

Whereas onsite like HR said is not something even they can assure/guarantee.

So there is nothing to think about, leave TCS you won’t regret it.
