In my domain, I could see the people who went to on-site are sitting in the same location for many years and the management is not ready to rotate them with offshore associates. When the same question is asked to practice leaders they are very supportive to on-site member because all of them oldies !! Then what is the need for rotation policy and how the offshore talent will be exposed to on-site client environment?

Offshore rotation policy can be sorted out by manager but this on-site topic which I added here .. is kind of parasitic

Only meaning to rotation policy is to kill younger associate skills. It's no use at all in respect to personal growth. Imagine if you are keep rotating....how you will get technical deep knowledge of one product or how you will get domain knowledge. Bogus things
