On-site opportunities

Hello, I have 1.5yrs of experience in TCS and total 4+yrs experience. In my current project there is no work now-a-days. So planning to get release. Can anyone suggest the best way to get release and is it possible to get onsite project directly in TCS?

Total only 4+ years of experience so , no project you will get any onsite. You must be on C1 or C2 grade. Onsite opportunity will be only for c3a and above

But C1 and C2 may not be eligible for the UK like country but mexico is possible.

There’s no fix rule for bring at onsite, I was offered onshore mexico with just 2 years of total experience, it all depends on requirements and how well you play with management to get thibgs done here.
Though UK, US, Australia isn’t possible because you have meet minimum criteria of C2 band.
