On salary suspension , and want to resign
Yesterday got to know that rmg has put me on salary suspension due to non reporting to base branch office, I had family issues due to which I was reporting to nearby office,
I am thinking of resigning as I don't have project and also on bench for more than 90 days , so they will anyway ask me to forcefully resign.
Should I resign now or revoke this suspension order ? I can only mail rmg through personal email as everything is blocked.
Also If I resign now , will they ask me to serve notice period or give severance package ??
Tell them that I want severance pay and leave encashment. If they refuse, then go to the base location for a few days — they themselves will ask you to resign. Even then, you can say the same thing — that you want severance pay. Severance pay is your right.
What is your base location ?
Pune is my base location, i am in noida currently,
Is their any law regarding severence pay if they are releasing early before I complete my notice period , and basic monthly salary is offered in severance pay ?
Also I am only able to connect with rmg through mail, so should I mention about about this to her there only or ask her to connect on call regarding my intent to resign?
Why you haven't applied for leave is the easiest route you created the issue by not going to the base location despite knowing that we have to report to the base location RMG at least you should have taken permission of your base location RMG
When i was in project then those guyz were okay with noida location, then i got on bench and i told rmg about it and she was okay but then that rmg got changed and this new one is creating problem
