Trending @Accenture; On notice period and got 0% bonus

This is so mean of the company, I have contributed so much and always took the initiative and responsibilities of the task. Performed far more better. Still when I resigned after just 15 days my PL gave me negative comment on workday. And now PL didn't even had any conversation and when I checked the rewards portal it's showing 0% bonus for dec 2025.

Can anyone explain me why ? Has anyone faced same before?

Yeah i am also serving np , i got less variable , but zero is not acceptable!

I'd suggest you speak with HR. This is clearly not a professional behaviour.
If both give you similar answers, just stop working and do the bare minimum to be into eyes.
