I got an offer from another company and i put 3 month notice period, i am scared like after getting release from Capg, on boarding will happn or not in new place. I am first time switching That's why fear in mind. pls do reply

How did you overcome 3 month notice period? I am trying to switch but no one wants to wait for 90 days.

Mostly MNCs such as delloite, Infosys. TCS etc will be ready to wait for 3 months. Startups and small organizations never wait this long.
