On Microsoft job portal not able to save/submit my job application

I got referral from a linkedIn connection for the job opportunity at microsoft, and I need to fill up the remaining details of application from there job portal, but it is not saving the details and the application remains incomplete only, have tried clearing the cookies and cache but nothing is working. Anyone facing or faced this issue?

Sorry to hear about that. Yes, there has been an ongoing problem with Microsoft job portal. There are many candidates who are unable to save/submit their applications. It mainly happens when you open up your LinkedIn profile and fill out the remaining fields in the Microsoft job portal. Instead, you simply go to Microsoft’s career page and see if you’re able to fill out the application for the desired job role or not. If you still face this issue, you can report it or write an email to the team.
