Exactly true. Because they have name Ratan Tata but they handled in different way. for all issues they handled with the money so that tcs will be no 1 company still with these all issues. so no one care about whatever issues for the employees. Tcs will be doing same nothing will be change. I realised now how corporate is working. Single voice / especially employee voice won’t go anywhere . I will advise for next generation don’t choose this IT industry. That’s what I can do.

Conclusion is TCS will ignore these unwanted and unnecessary complaints/warnings and they will move forward as they wish
