On hold after last round
Hi everyone, I have been looking out for change sincerely from last 2-3 month and gone through 2-3 rounds of interview in few companies as well. But even after last round when I am trying to reach out they are saying my candidature ship has been put on a hold or position is put on the hold. I am not getting it after going through 3-4 rounds, I feel frustrated. I am giving my best, in few of the interviews I didn’t do well and got rejected that is still fine with me but after going through several round, this happens with me for 5th time now. I don’t know how to get out of this loop.
I've been there.. I was trying from last 1 year.. Gave almost 15+ interviews in PBCs, rejected in all... Sometimes in managerial round.
I know it's tough to get rejected or to be on hold.. But this is what it is.. Accept the conditions, don't give up...
Imagine getting rejected in a managerial round interview after giving 3-4 previous technical rounds.. It literally hurts man... Jobs are more of luck game these days than skill.... Just wait for your luck to shine
