Trending @Infosys; On central bench

I got an email that you have been on the central bench for 1 month . They mentioned "extended bench with low focus on enhancing skills may lead to intervention of HR"

What to do in this case to get into the project asap. As I already mailed TPD for opportunity and also pinged managers.

What will happen if I will be on the bench for more months like 2 or 3 months more.

Yeah I also joined recently. It's been 2 week i also move to central bench.
What i know is till 90 days you can work 3 days a week after that you have to report 5 days a week
