Trending @Capgemini; On BOTP... what should I expect?
I’ve been put on BOTP and want to understand how this actually works.
A few questions for people who’ve gone through it:

What happens during the BOTP period?

Do they force you to come to the office daily?

If you don’t clear it, what’s the usual outcome?

Is it better to resign before/during BOTP or complete it till the end?
FYI I am on bench for last few months.
Even I just received, and it shows "needs improvement" and they mentioned in December that they are not happy with my performance and they put me on bench. Will I be able to get an IJP ?? And how should I clear BOTP ?
Yeah for me also the rating was given - needs improvement as I was on bench for quite some time.
Even o got BOTP they have scheduled call what answer
Are they layoff or terminate ?? If someone on Needs improvement rating ?
