You need to realise that there is no time to waste. You cannot be chilled out because of no pressure. You cannot grow if you are stuck in repetitive tasks. Morons say this is how service based companies work. No they don't. Don't deal with this. Break out of this loop.
Grind DSA and Build projects from scratch. Accenture doesn't need freshers. They took you because they had to.
You'll struggle with lack of experience, you'll struggle for job switch and eventually become dependent on Accenture. You do the same work as an SDE worth 90k, for a mere 30k.
No learning curve, no future.
Upskill yourself and quit asap.
I am in project but there is no work for me, they give all dev work to people with more than 5-6 years of experience and they have put me on support but even support there is no work there are barely any issues most days I don’t work more than 1 hour, ever since i realised this i have been grinding leetcode for a month already done with around 130 problems. Hoping to get out of this loop really soon and change jobs.
