Total Exp-13+ Level-M On bench since june last week My base location is Manyata tech park . Trying to book flexi seat but no seats are available at Bagamane solarium neon office which is closer to my home. In this case wanted to know for below point
- considering on bench , can we request to update the base location from manyata to bagamane solarium neon office
- in case flexi seats are not available can we still commute to office and acquire a seat? Worried since got a advisory email from HR yesterday where the tone is threatening
I think they won't change your location. You can consider the options below
- Book a flexi seat 3 days earlier. If Bagmane has no flexi seats means it may have all project ODCs but not a common ODC. Then you have to go to Manyata Only.
- In bagmane sit in the training rooms or reception area and work there for a minimum of two hours.
- In the worst case swipe-in in the morning and go home to work and again swipe-out in the evening.
The point 3 I don't understand. Is it possible if i visit office spend 1 hour then go home then come back after 8 hours then swipe out and go home??
No need to update base location. You may visit any nearby location even if no flexi seat is available there. Swipe in and out matters in such cases.
U can go and sit in bagmane office.. I used to sit in canteen and swipe.. There will be nk problem
Since June how you are managed to as a Non billable..for us it's just max 45 days .
Everyone who is on bench is getting those letters dont worry just follow the guidelines and be in office.
just go and sit in the canteen at bagmane, no problem and if you want a seat in the free ODC then book 3 days earlier, or you can go to the second floor and sit on the sofa, I haven't booked a seat in the last two months and still going to office
When i was in free pool, in Manyata there is location for free pool. G3-3rd floor-a wing- module 4. You can ask reception for access
You can ask your manager / HCM for the next steps (suggested)
You can loop in the HR
You can wait for the project allocation, when that happens You can ask for a change of the location(I have done the same and it's easier while you are on the project)
Also yes you can try and book 3 days in advance or walk in (simple swipe into office premise should also work to log those hours on tru time, you can sit in the coffee area /break out area / cafeteria if you would like)
Yes, homie we can but the only thing is even tho there aren't seat yet they want us to come to office. and most of the seats are booked by PATs cuz they have 5day office policy I feel sad for em tho haha but yeh no seats yet you have to come to office checkin n out
