On Bench in TCS – Looking for Any Project Opportunity (Frontend Preferred, Open to All Tech Stacks)

Hi everyone,

I've been on the bench for a while now. I’m a frontend developer with 1.6 years of experience in React.js.

Recently, I’ve been evaluated for frontend roles, but the evaluation teams have mentioned that I need more hands-on experience, as clients are expecting 4+ years of experience in the tech stack.

I also tried connecting with other tech stacks like C++, Python, Embedded systems, etc., but even those roles require at least some hands-on experience, which I currently lack.

So now, I'm in a situation where:

I can’t get into projects in the tech I’ve worked on for the last 1.5 years

I can’t switch to a new tech due to lack of prior experience

I’ve raised this concern multiple times with RMG and have been reporting regularly, but haven’t received any proper response yet.

If anyone is aware of any project opportunities in Hyderabad, in any tech stack, please let me know. If it’s frontend, that would be perfect, but I’m open to learning any technology and will put in the effort.
