Hello All,
I am on bench since 01-July-2025. I am a C2 level employee at Capgemini.
Need to know the criteria as to till how much time they can keep me on bench till I get a new project.
I am trying my best and did not get selects in 1 client interview and 1 Internal interview (I found out this from my networking)
What is the risk level and by approx what time they can ask me to resign and what will be the. Price period if they ask me to do so?

First of all 3 month is bench period , they will give you project.
Worst case generally not happen if they will release you immediately from company they have to pay 3 month salary.
My suggestion is to enjoy bench days for 3 month , on last month if you not get project then put resignation again you have 3 month.....enjoy and relax....this is worst case generally it not happen....
They will align you with some work.

I am on bench since 1st of Jan . Now manager are asking to get billable . I want to switch but I don’t have the right skills. Whats should I do?

I just last month too as c2 you will start getting calls soon within two weeks you will get the project. Don’t worry. Someone from rmg team will reach out to you get your skill assessment and aspirations based on that project calls will happen. If rmg team dint reach out kindly check with the bench manager or rmg spoc they should help you.

I done everything 1.5 months before me coming in bench and already gave 2 interviews. 1 i searched myself and one the HR person scheduled interview. Hope all will be well

Any luck guys. Gave interviews in 4 projects out of which 2-3 I only searched. Still not got any project. It’s bit worrisome as I am c2
