I am a NGA passed 1 year in the company, i am on bench since few days so i got the mail that i have schedule codility assesment. So is this exam they takes for shorlisting emp or its just a knowledge check exam

It's one of the best trick use by Wipro if you passed you still be on bench but if fail they ask you to resign

What kind of bullshit is this😐😐 One my colleague also had this exam. While giving the exam his ph rang he didn't ans tho he quickly declined but because of sound he got mail that you were cheating now you have to resign.
