On Bench from 8 months
I am on bench from laast 8 month not getting any project as per rmg they dont have any requirements in finance as of now.
Now am afraid will they fire me??
What should I do now or getting a project asap?

Rmg is of no use. My friends got project by reaching out to people and managers. Just try to make connections in ofc and ask for projects. This way you can also get in your desired tech if luck is in your side. Just keep preparing and also be open to outside opportunity. Everything will be fine😄
Ask your RMG to float your profile at global pool with your updated CV & get yourself open to learn other domain.
Stop blaming others for your failure to secure a role. 8 months are very well enough to learn L1+ competency in new domain.
Its your career, you'll have to take it seriously. RMG is not here to take care of you, its there to cater client's requirements.
What if RMG is saying u are allocated to your previous Client your profile cannot go to global pool and u only get project from previous client only so wait for that. It feels like they are doing on purpose. As I got released recently. Any solution?
Look for the posts on knome and apply or mail them. Or try exciting opportunities in umtimatix. I did the same when I didn't get the project in 3 months from rmg. Hope it helps.
Opportunites mai I cant see the person details who is hiring. Do u know how can i get the hiring person details?
Find anything related to your unit and apply. You won't get any person details there or ask rmg or ur manager if you find anything outside of your unit and want to change.
Skill up bro, you definitely need it. Not finding a project for 8 months, 8 months is quite good amount of time to learn a new skill and become deployable. Good that you are in TCS.
Brother ,I was in bench for atleast 60 days which was 30-35% of past quarter and I had received only that much QVA ,now then in your case it will be almost nill ,get into any project try to get job anywhere else

Stay calm and make use of the time to learn new things in your aspired role.
In the past( not recent), I have seen associates unallocated for more than 1 year
