Hi all, Due to personal life problems, Hyderabad weather it's difficult to go to office daily being on bench. I am scared and frustrated.I have completed 10 months in this company, Should I try to switch or try for more interview on bench?
I have a toddler and I live 20 km far from main campus.I go to office by scooty.There is alert for coming 2-3days from govt like below: Extremely heavy rainfall >15cm likely in Medchal, Patancheruvu, Chandanagar, Miyapur, Gachibowli, Kukatpally, Gajularamaram. Rest of Hyderabad may get 7-12cm. Rainfall intensity to rise from afternoon. Stay safe - stay indoors. Commissioner, HYDRAA.
Then also,I get mail to get approval for working from home . Please help.
Once you are align to production you need to attend min 2hr day and 3 days per week
For bench you need to attain min 6hr and 3days a week
Keep both options open, but prioritize securing a project within Capgemini, as you have only been with the company for 10 months.
You don't need to come to office daily.
I am coming to office daily
I think 3 days/ week enough
