Ideally your BU managers should be more worried than you. They'll have to explain to the upper management why C1 grade resource is on bench, as your cost is high. Hopefully they won't let you be on bench for long..

Yes changing BU is almost impossible, As your manager said Rmg will connect you after you have been moved out on the bench and you will get interview calls easily as you are from C1 grade
