Hi, I joined accenture on Dec 2022 and I'm still on bench. Should I wait for the project or switch the company?
I am also in project bench for a long time. I joined in Nov 2023 but haven't got a project yet. Getting rejected in project interviews since I don't have experience. Feeling stuck don't know what to do
What's your primary skill? Did you join as ase level 12?
Yes I joined as ASE. I was trained on Sailpoint Identity IQ but got hardlocked in a cyber risk and compliance based project. So I had to learn all over again to adapt here. But still struggling to get a project

I hope you are in ERP role, why don't you learn something new skills in erp and switch
If you are benched for more than a month then you are seriously damaging your profile buddy. You need to scale up in the time you get and switch company if you do not get anything internally. Waiting for project will just make you waste time.. unless you are getting approached Once daily by different TL’s or Manager you should consider switching at the moment.
May I know your total YOE?
OMG how come u survive this critical yrs of mass fir !!! That's also for 2 yrs unbelievable. Didn't u get any project calls or teams pinging?
