Trending @Wipro; On bench for 2yrs

Hi everyone, I joined Wipro as a fresher on May 2022 since then I've been on bench for straight 1yr after that I was assigned a project but was in non billable role so after 3 months they released me saying that there is no requirement right now, after that I was mistakenly assigned to a project in billable role due to some technical error from back-end side and was in it for some months but didn't get work. Now I'm again on bench looking for projects and the appraisal cycle is open I don't know what do now.

But still we have to fill out our appraisal cycle and select G&O and all things am I correct? Or is it not mandatory?

But currently I'm on bench and not getting project opportunity so maybe when my 45days are up they will put me in LOP.

The best thing one can do is to attend a course complete a certification and attend interviews from that experience. Yes it will be tough at the beginning but once you get knack for it you'll be able to clear atleast one interview. My advice to yu is same as above

Yeah this is the roadmap that I am currently following and giving interviews and exam for other companies.
