Trending @Capgemini; On Bench - Capgemini - Be careful!!!

Very nasty game is going on internally in CG.

Who are in bench, be aware the internal interview by the learning team is going to be very hard. Some of them are already decided to be kicked out of the company no matter if you’ve given all good answers in an internal evaluation check interview.

Same here bro..I got released on August month not got any call till oct end.. And in oct month I got default promotion mail to senior consultant with only 5% hike.. Wen I checked with bench manager they told they are not having project according to my skills. So they are purposely arranging interview call which is not related to my skillsets..and rejecting. I am also in very tnsn and I am okay with any kind of technical and non-technical project.. I am also checking for it support role in Capgemini

I dont know why you are worrying so much. If u have technical stuff in hands give interviews for other companies. You are behaving like only one company is existing in universe. Now, you can explore opportunities without any NP.

If you’re switching company. Try to attend or approach for project calls. Or else who knows other MNC has similar kind of nasty games going on.

If we resign now in bench will they allow us to serve 90 days ?

Nope, on bench it's 30 days and if you have leaves like 15 then your leaves will get cancelled and then you only need to serve for 15 days

This is true. This is a planned pattern to force resignation from employees.

Capgemini is hiring and adding resources to the bench, if they don't have a project then why should they hire? Currently more resources are on the bench so they are kicking off now!
