Trending @Infosys; On bench
I am on bench from 1 year now last year rating NI and now UP . Will I be told to resign from HR. Does anyone knows the HR policies.
You should be surprised by yourself how you stayed on the bench for one year and getting salary for doing nothing....and what do you mean by UP...i am not aware about any such rating in Infosys...It's NI, ME, Commendable and last one exception i guess...not able to recall last rating name exactly
That depends on your on role, if you're freshers there high HR won't be harsh and you will have some sort trainings and you have to clear them. Then again you will sent to project pool to searching projects. If experienced there might be high chances you get harsh responses from HR, if you're experienced want to be in infosys please try complete some internal certification and apply for project interviews.
