Trending @HCL; On bench - but project seniors still want us to work.
Hi,
So I was recently moved to bench but my project seniors are telling us that we are in project only your project allocation is changed from project to bench but you still have to work for project.
So will they take our responsibility? And what we will do in case HR says anything because at that time i know they will backout. We are not able to prepare for anything, we arr not able to study.
Is there anyone who have encountered same situation, if yes, please help us to counter this.
Maybe you are still on project code and until they find you another project they are expecting some contribution.
Nope we are on bench, its showing in my project assignations. And they aren't expecting some contribution instead they are asking us to work like we are a part of it.
If you are on global bench then you should immediately have discussions with RM and HR and prioritise interviews for new projects. All the best.
