I joined Accenture last year as an ASE and trained in SAP BI. Got a project via Jobs Gateway and worked for 9 months. Asked for a roll-off due to project politics, cited interest in exploring Cloud. Got released in 2 weeks, now on bench for 2-3 days. Bench POC says ASEs can’t be on bench long – HR may intervene. I’m actively searching for Cloud projects but need guidance.
