We have been added to bench enablement training on Java and certification is mandatory. There are talks of pushing to PIP if failed to clear the certification?
At this current moment or in recent months in Infosys , what's going on ? Options if moved to PIP ?
Will it be displayed anywhere while relieving if failed to clear PIP ?
Effect on future opportunities and options at this current time ?

My friend got terminated from infosys due to bench period another due to manager feedback in project so in both case they won't mention anything it's just like you resigned, they will force you to resign but 4 months severance pay they need to pay, but nowadays they are not paying that also
How long was your friend on bench?
Pip will be there as per previous years what they followed.. If clear the exams from mysore u can come back to ur unit itself if not they will give 3 month salary.. Will not mention anything in releving letter.. 2-3 months will be pip timing 2 month max

HR are cheating employees by not paying severance pay u have to be very careful to get it
If you have good connection with manager , then it may have 10% chance to be back and infy....or else you have to resign bro
