Trending @Capgemini; On a notice period should take new projects ?

Hi experts, I’m serving the notice period and i am still working with the on going project. But current project will release me prior one month of my last working days. Meanwhile PBS team has shared my CV to other projects. What should I follow? Should I take new responsibility for last one month of my capgemini days? Or simply ignore by telling I will be leaving capgemini. Need proper suggestions and guidance. #urgent #help

Sharing your CV with other projects/RMG is standard practice. It is done for everyone as some folks' reason for leaving is toxic environment/mismatched role. For these people, HR tries to retain by offering another project that suits your skillset. You can tell them your reason for leaving is something else, better pay elsewhere and they won't bother you again. HR sometimes also has the authority to offer better pay associated with the role they are offering so do tell them if you are open to such opportunities. Might just turn out to be a win-win for you.

Don't just accept projects to be shown as billable for a month or so.

Best of luck for your next adventure
