TCS is profitable this year as all years because of its employees hard work.
The Company grows by not smart work but by coming and attending office 9.5 hours daily without any leaves.
Managers and management people are so supportive and very calm towards everyone.
Everyone gets project of his own choice to ensure the productivity of employee and organisation.
TCS is a family, if someone's family member is going to die then they gave 5 lakh rupees as grievance.
They have increased the ninja package to 12 LPA and digital package to 25 LPA. And every year everyone will get 50%hike.
Welcome to the reality-
- Even 2%hike is not giving by them althought company is making profit.
- Management is worse.
- HR wrote leave mail to herself and every second day took leave.
- Family my foot. Even if someone's Dad is on death bad they will not give any WFH.
- Starting package is just bunch of coins which any company can cross. Much more...
I got your point , in reality it's all demand supply. TCS Attrition rate is lowest among IT services company. In IT industry simple rule either travel onsite or switch company
Yeah you got it right...
Why not these MC government bring some rule. Like min hike % or High starting package. From almost 10 years it’s 3.36 lpa for freshers. Every Day to day life things is increased almost twice as it was before but not our salary. How can anyone survive this. Everyone will become cold hearted and grow their surviving skills. World will collapse.
