Toxic ahole being a toxic ahole

All indian start ups are useless.. then bujus now ola later zerodha, Zoho etc..
They setup unrealistic expectations and force people to deliver those . They don't setup a healthy environment where there is good support and encouragement. Employees burn out because of these working conditions. This is not the first time this is happening. I wish they took things a bit slowly allowing everyone to thrive and deliver better .

Heard this from an insider. Ola Electric opened up their showrooms right next to Ather showrooms. They would then poach the entire sales and service team, leaving the dealer and Ather high and dry.
