Guys, just to tell you, there's nothing to worry about Q1. We will get our increments as well, and there will be no layoffs. But one thing's for sure, in my opinion, many people have been on the bench for a long time, and they misuse this they should be kicked out first.

No one wants to be on bench, the projecrs are not ready to train even the experienced ones, projects want perfect people and yes rmg not able to map skill properly as always, kick out those useless rmgs first
