Trending @Accenture; OIT without claiming expenses

My mother is seriously ill. My base location is chennai and i am from hyderabad i asked for an exception of 3 months they are ready to give only 3 weeks! Its a very serious injury requires surgery but we need to get diabetes under control for now which in itself will take 8 weeks! I need help from you guys for an OIT request without claiming any expenses for OIT which my friend got?is there really any policy in accenture like this?what should i ask my manager if there is such an exception?
