Offline Interviews
In my opinion, companies should consider bringing back offline interviews. With the increasing misuse of tools like ChatGPT and other online aids, many candidates are unfairly gaming the system. This undermines the hard work of those who are genuinely preparing and striving to earn opportunities through merit. It’s important to identify and take action against such unethical practices. Candidates who resort to dishonest means should be held accountable, and there should be serious consequences—including potential blacklisting—to maintain the integrity of the hiring process. What’s your thought on this?

If they make offline interviews, then you'll not be able to attend multiple interviews to get the best offers. Online hiring process is a blessing. As to using AI, they're gonna do use them while on the job anyways. So, what's with the question of integrity?

I agree with you … it’s a blessing even though they are gonna use it in jobs but showing the skill of using an AI in interviews is not correct I guess 😂
