Official PIP what's next

Recieved a mail from my manager of PIP.

Role: Graduate Engineer working on frontend (web & mobile)

i am a fresher with 10 month of experience. Help me out. Market is brutal for freshers right now what should i do. I want to work in my current company atleast for 1 year.

If someone is hiring let me know. I don't have any clue what to do now. Panicking from inside.

Current CTC: 19LPA.
