Do Official holiday cut days from WfO Count? Like we have to attend Minimum 12 days from WfO. So if we get any official holidays in between so only 11 days will be from Work from Office?
No, holidays will not count in your WFO quota. You need to complete 12 days without including any holidays. But for some reason you take any leave then that will count in your WFO quota
I recently had a monthly HR connect for my account and I had raised this question in a QnA session. HR was like holidays and privileged leaves don't get counted in WFO quota.
Im not sure but in my team if anyone has not completed 12 days or will not be completing 12 days have been asked to take leave for those many days. Ive even confirmed the same with my senior as well that whether PLs gets counted as WFO quota and he said yes
It's like 60% of total working days in a month, so leave and holidays need to be deducted from working days
