The endless meetings, the late-night emails, the pressure to be "always on"... it's draining. Where did genuine connection and well-being go? This grind isn't sustainable, and frankly, it's soul-crushing. We deserve a culture that values us as humans, not just cogs in a machine.

Just logout after your shift ends or ask for overtime. The more you work the more they will give you work
