Office-Time non compliance
I just got an email (on Friday) saying I didn't maintain the required 7-9 hours of office time in September and that I must maintain it from October onwards or face "necessary action." It's already October 25th. My main concern is: Are they tracking this retroactively from October 1st, or are they starting to enforce it after the date of the email? I'm worried because I know I missed the required hours on a few October days and even had two undocumented WFH days. Any advice on how to approach this or what to expect would be really helpful!

They are tracking retroactively.
Its sad but they are finding faults and reasons to do some damage later on. This way you cannot fight back cause its a mandated policy and you took wfh undocumented which is against company policy. Now they have dropped the email so you cannot say you didnt know as well.
My suggestion go every day from now onwards and lets see.

@StripedConnotation62 what If I apply the leave for 2 undocumented WFH, but still there are 3-4 days where I have worked between 3-5 hrs,
If I will follow 9 hrs in ofc for remaining days in this month and apply leave for 2 undocumented WFH then average would be 7+ hrs in this month, can it save me, if they consider for firing they can still point out those days where I have attended only for 3-5 hrs

Apply half day for days where it makes sense.

It’s depends on your project and managers, first they will reach out to your SDM DM, DP then will reach out to you, I know Many people are going only 10 to 15 minutes instead of 9 hours

Atleast maintain 3 to 5 hours

Time to leave this shit hole

Your ofc location?

On an average 7 hrs
