Office politics
There is one girl in my team who pretends to be very sweet and she has good rapo with my new manager. The day new manager joined our team many senior resources started leaving the organisation as their work got snatched by this girl with the help of manager. Now same thing is happening with me. All my important works has been assigned to her.. also I have been asked to guide her. How to handle this?
Guide her to point if no return 😅

There are always some people around who manage to get visibility without being good at their skills or try to be good at it. Getting visibility is their primary skill. And that's where all politics begins. And those who actually have better skills don't care about it and later they feel they are left behind. Well I am that second kind of person.lll
Swap to a different team such girls or managers are highly toxic makes zero sense in being such teams as well
