My manager wants me to kick out of wipro
Story: he wanted me to do some dirty politics with him, I denied, his ego is hurt now.
Now he is making me unbillable but not releasing from the project so that i will get in another project and in LOP after some time and wipro will terminate me from company.
How can I make this stop to happen to me
I am married and have kids. I dont want to loose the job

Hi Buddy - Wipro is always a No 1 politics company. They all are grown in a shit. Your can't change them. If you could elaborate on the issues we can guide you accordingly . Else u will get common answers only. Like below.

Have a discussion with the manager and tell him you are not interested in working in this project and get released and find another project.

Escalate what happened to HR , If still HR is not able to help raise Ombuds on your project manager.
All the above u need to do only after u decide you don't want to face your manager again.
- Upskill and search for opportunities outside.

So he(delivery managed)wants me to kick out my manager because he hats her, he told me to not to work and get escalations so client will sue my manager but i didnt do that

That is not going to affect you anyways. Also not one thing - I am not generalising things. Wherever you go there will be a major problem. Because of this ladies manager. You can work with gents manager and tackle then.
What i understand the scenario is your delivery manager is a Guy and Manager is a Girl.
Now that lady would have behaved over smart and projected herself to client and leadership which was because of your work.
So now to stop that lady growth your delivery manager is trying to stop you from working.

Suggestions:
Nothing is going to affect your personal because of this actions. That's fight between your manager and delivery manager.
Better you take all the proofs and go to HR.
Else Target your lady manager and ask why am I in non Billable told now ?
Wait for 5 days.
If still you are in Non Billable role. Then move to HR and say that you are non Billable and you don't want to continue in this project anymore.
Don't get personally affected because of this temporary problem. You be calm. And composed. They cannot keep you non Billable for very long time.
My suggestion is...if u have completed 18 months in your project, look for a new project. Or just ask your PM or HR to explain the reason why u r non-billable? Succumbing to unfairness is not my way to handle problems. If things are getting shitty for you, make sure others also get have to go through atleast a li'l bit shit.
Please seek legal help to deal as Wipro Ltd has become a hub for exploitation you can get lawyer and put up case directly
If we are on project how they make you non billable
Seriously… raise ombud if you have any proofs
Involve HR before it is too late. Go to next level HR also if required
You can raise ombuds on them.
Speak to him why he is doing this, find a resolution
Complain to Hr or Else Find other Proj or find different company
