Office hours in seconds
I am seeing from last few hours many of us are putting like bla bla tracking hours , minutes. They have all data with them if they have to fire you then 9+ hours also does not matter.
It’s a matter of fact that they shown in is 2Office app. If you are not following policy than they have to take action. The policy of 9 hours was in ultimatix a long time back.
If you are concern about the layoff announcement then you should be concern about the office hours policy too which was communicated on the same platform in the same way.
True .. but many are little concerned due to different factors
1 non ODC location
2. No OoZ available now
3 traffic during commute
4 open nw not connecting due to jammers even if u have seat
5 despite being communicated to all stakeholders nth arranged
Etc … bcoz of all these
That I agree but I guess previously we have the time to sort all these things. But in today’s situation they will not listen all these things. Previously all were in comfort zone will do later if QVA will be 0 then also it’s fine and all. Staying there hometown. Now because of these all are in red line.
Yes with all this, we need access for softwares which required for associate training and learning purpose.
Also youtube access but only for learning they can track of one is doing other TP on it.
We don't have any place to seat proper. Mo network in canteen.
Then with all above human will get frustrated only. Again in other companies they are trying to decrease employees stress with fun Friday program etc. and here by seating for 9 hrs without any access/work/nw your are making employees more depressed.
