How long do we need to stay in office? Is there any specific rule? In some calls HR is saying to stay in office for 9 hours. If we don't stay 9 hours in the office will we face any disciplinary actions?
6 hr is told but 2+ is okay 3-4 is safe

This one HR who repeatedly said 9 hours is must didn't respond after asking to point us to any kind documentation where it mandates this claim, that says a lot
Yes in HR call HR repeatedly mentioned that 9hr is mandatory and when it is being asked to produce the document where it is being mentioned the HR did not respond
Although I am doing 4+ hours and 12 days a month since 9 months.
But to be on the safer side try to be in the 6 - 9 hr bracket.
