Try booking using adhoc feature in that way you could atleast get one side of the cab facility either pickup or drop. Might be beneficial for you. Or you can just shift near the office like me. I know this is not something very easy but a big relaxation when it comes to the travel part.

9.5 is not mandatory. It's 6 hours minimum. I am not sure if ur manager said this but it's better to have that conversation with him/her and get clarity coz 9.5 with traffic and all is really crazy and exhausting
