Office hours impact on Band

Some folks have got call from manager stating HR is pushing back for the Bands where associates have either not met RTO compliance or have been in office for very less time

Please remember those who have less than 3 hours spent in office.. There will be band reduction for those.. They are surely not getting A even if their ratings are amongst highest...
