Trending @Cognizant; Office Hours - RTO
I've joined Cognizant 3 months back and attending office as per my project requirement (2/3 days per week). But due to personal reasons i am not able to shift myself nearby office. So I'm traveling 50kms (100kms up and down) per day. I'm sacrificing my sleep not to disturb with office work and meetings and traveling to office. Because of this i am spending only 1 hour (or) 2 hours in office. I didn't get any official information from HR or Manager regarding office timing. In my project others are also doing the same but minimum of 3 hrs. Is it okay to attend office for 2 hours ?
Bro I'm not going office last 3 years, not even single day
I'm new to the organisation Bro, so not aware of the holes in the rules. Don't know what will happen if I don't go to office. Also Don't know what will happen if I go to office as per schedule. Anyways I don't get hike for one year as im new and not eligible for it. Don't know what are the other consequences. That's why I am traveling everyday.
It really depends on your project manager and department, my manager doesnt care about the RTO and all, currently working as AIA-cloud Admin, and going to office 10days/Month
Stay in office for minimum 3 hours, there will be no issue
