Office hour calculation

Hi All, if anyone is aware of the formula how total office hour in RTO is calculated if it's first in last out ?Or it's exact hours you inside the floor?

Based on observation it is first swipe to last swipe time.
Though currently time slots shown (0-3, 3-5, 5-7, 7-9, 9+), it capture actual hours. For example you spent one hour, so slot shown will be 0-3 But HR can check and see that you were there for one hour only. So anything less than consistent 1 hours, over one or two quarter may invite call from HR. Safe bet is spend slightly higher than 3 hours in office and be in second slot
