Office Friendship. Is it worth it ?
Personally, Office friendship helped me a lot in getting referral and other connections. Recently I got a referral from a person I met through my office friend.
There are snakes for sure. What is your take on this ?
New company new friends that's how it goes.. you can't keep up with all of them for long.
Of course yes they're more than worth. We need ppl to talk about our managers or other colleagues, go for coffee break, talk about technology, drink, eat, love, travel etc.,

To my understanding, it's based on how much you bond with the other person.
There are cases who have committed to the other after meeting in the office.
Your intuition should be functional at optimal capacity.
