I don't understand some projects wherein they login as friends and chat and laugh loudly without caring of other employees sitting or working Like image you are in am important teams call and few girls will laugh loudly and guys will crack jokes like as if this is some college reunion already the office is lacking space calling all of us all of sudden without any planng
This Friday I was working from the office and some 4-5 people who were seated beside me,i think they are in the bench were talking and laughing loudly. Without caring I was in the teams call. Like wth some people don’t have basic etiquette and common sense. How can i report this behaviour next time?
Are you from Banglore bdc11 ? then it must be someone from the intelligent edge . There is a monster who is one of lead he is so corrupted ,he robbed others productivity( hard working people)in order to promote all the divorce/married but single ( who needs his support) . All those gals having one work only laugh loudly and assure him they are publicly available for him , he abused me stating i don't have any emotions & using my productivity he promoted my people lead and his gal friend. This monster should be thrown away from Accenture at the earliest.

True. I am currently on bench but I still don't talk loud and when someone is in meet in teams I'll be just quiet. People lack simple office etiquettes. But it's also wrong from the company side to enforce wfo without any considerations
It's not wrong from the company to enforce wfo. It's wrong from people packing etiquettes
It happens in every location and not only in Bangalore
There is a office management team call them .They should handle
