Got a non-compliance mail for office attendance a few months back (4 months back) and looks like I’ll get another one this month. Just wondering does getting two of these actually lead to any HR action/any major impact?
Bro if i am billable and every month visiting office between 8-10 days every month and if i dont go in October and November will any strict action they will take such as layoff or something? FYI-My manager could have applied bto but hr said only medical reason so he is helpless inshort he is bit supportive…What can happen?
U will not get 1 rating even if you are top performer since 12 days, 6 hrs, 100 hrs of training is needed to get 1 rating alongwith top performance in project.
If u dont cars about rating then continue the way you are going to office no need to take stress
Faltu baat hai mere project me mere hi manager ne ek bnde ko 1 di vo 8 din office aata tha and he never sit for 2 hours
Now forgot about the promotion and salary hike
If u are billable then they will not do anything but they will definitely take this as a reason for not giving a good rating
If you are billable no need to worry in my opinion, but you sure will get 3 (succeeding) rating
