Trending @Accenture; Office Can't Fit Everyone? Guess We'll Find Out! - WFO update

I have been reading posts on WFO for the past couple of months, people have been saying it’ll increase from 1 day to 2 days a week. Today, it’s been confirmed that this might be implemented in my project as well starting from or after December.

I never really believed those posts - folks said the office couldn't accommodate that many people, etc. But seems like it's finally happening. Also heard that the number might go up to 3 days sometime next year.

Trust me, my project's been very flexible most of the time - and still is, when compared to most of the others on WFH. And if it is happening in mine, it definitely will happen to all! ☹️

People laughed and even abused when we said this but slowly it's going to be organisation wise not just project based.

The is going in the same direction as TCS 2025 vision, once upon a time they declared to become hybrid working model . But india believes in micromanagement over productivity

The office that I go to, the place can accommodate 600 people at once but has 3000 people. Unless they have a doraemon pocket, idk how they're gonna fit. But it's a place to place as well.

It's happening project wise only. There are some projects with 1 day only. Beyond 1 day depends on project only.
